January 31, 2019:
LAST DAY TO R.S.V.P. FOR EVENT – R.S.V.P. for the event are being accepted now through Eventbrite.
**PLEASE PRINT OUT YOUR TICKETS TO PRESENT AT THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT.
No response is needed if you will NOT be attending. Late responses will be placed on a waiting list.
You will be allowed to be seated with ONE (1) other SACS parent. Please include your seating preference via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide the parents name in order to accommodate you. You will be seated next to this parent once we receive the other parent’s R.S.V.P.
NOTE: Transfer of tickets will be allowed by parents to other parties. However, parents releasing their Gala tickets to another party must adhere to the R.S.V.P. deadline rules of January 31, 2019.
Parents transferring their tickets must provide the names of the parties attending in their place before the January 31, 2019 deadline through email: email@example.com.
ADDITIONAL PURCHASE OF TICKETS: One of the best ways to support St. Andrew students is to invite your friends and family to join us at this event. Due to our limited space, there is a waitlist. If you need extra tickets and wish to be placed on this list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate how many tickets you would like. You will be notified after January 31, 2019 of their availability. You must then contact Carol DePhillip in the business office within five (5) days of ticket availability and arrange for payment. If payment is not received by the deadline, your tickets will be released and offered to the following family/friends on the waitlist.
Fee for each ticket is $85.00.
