Close your eyes for a second. Imagine the salty smell of popcorn and sweet aroma of cotton candy, the sprinkle of glitter and whimsy of balloons, the trumpeting of elephants and rumbling roar of lions.
You hear the call of the ringmaster, booming out over the roaring crowd in his melodic tenor, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to THE GRRRRRREATEST SHOW ON EARTH! A spectacular spectacle! The most giving of galas! The show of all shows! Step right up and see the one, the only, the most fantastic parents, friends and community the world has ever seen all under one roof!"
St. Andrew's annual gala is an event not to be missed. This year's highly anticipated fundraising gala is inspired by Erin Morgenstern's poetic and beautifully illustrated story, "The Night Circus," and is set to take place at a historic site located at 200 South Euclid Avenue, Pasadena, CA.
Our venue will be transformed into an enchanting vintage circus-themed carnival. Circus games sponsored by the 2018 Student Council, social happy hour, sounds and sensations can all be expected on this evening.
Guests are encouraged to dress up in circus couture or cocktail attire. No jeans/denim please. This is a 21 year & older event.
This is St. Andrew's biggest fundraising event of the year which helps us reach our annual target of $50,000, which is vital to the school, as tuition covers only a portion of operating costs. These funds will also help our school fund our robotics team, science laboratory and arts department.

To make our auction successful, we need great donation items! Almost any new item can be donated... dinners, tickets, jewelry, electronics, trips or sponsor a Sign-Up Party (information in Parent Information section).
Corporate sponsorships and monetary donations from the intended community would be greatly appreciated. More than anything else we need you to attend!
Donations are due by February 28, 2018 so we can process and prepare them.

Submit donations to Carol DePhillip at the Business Office during normal school hours along with a Donation Form attached. (See Auction Information section.)
As part of the Auction, you have the opportunity to win one (1) FREE tuition for one (1) new or returning student for the 2018-19 school year.
The drawing will be held the evening of the auction gala, March 24, 2018. Winner need not be present.
